Short of a miracle, it appears that the club from the Essonne are doomed. Seven points away from safety, the team coached by Bernard Touret look as if they are going back to the CFA. With a tiny budget, a small fan base, and with having to play their home matches at the Stade de Bondoufle (cap. 22 000 !), Evry are piling up problem after problem.
They have scored thirteen goals on their travels, and only nine at "home". Top marksman is Thomas Muenimanu with six, whilst ex-Red Star reserve team player Farès Bourdache is currently plying his trade with Evry.
